Claude 移动应用 2026：Anthropic 官方 iOS/Android 功能、更新、登录与 claude.ai 同步

已在 iPhone 或 Android 安装 Claude 移动应用，却看不到 Cowork、语音模式或最新连接器，或手机与 claude.ai 对话列表对不上？应先对照 Anthropic 帮助中心：从 App Store / Google Play 更新官方「Claude by Anthropic」，用与网页相同的邮箱登录。

本文仅引用 support.claude.com 说明，梳理 Claude iOS / Android 官方能力（Chat、语音模式、听写、Projects、Cowork 与连接器）、更新应用步骤、登录方式，以及与 claude.ai 共用同一 Claude 账号时的对话与账号数据同步要点。

Claude 移动应用官方能力概览

「Get started with Claude」（support.claude.com/en/articles/8114491）写：可通过 claude.ai 网页、Claude Desktop，以及 Claude for iOS / Android 使用 Claude。移动端当前模型名称显示在屏幕顶部，可点按切换可用模型。

从 App Store / Google Play 更新 Claude

1. 1

   iOS 手动更新

   「How to update Claude for iOS」（answer/11825384）写：若看不到最新功能，可在 App Store 点右上角账户头像 → 向下滚动待更新列表 → 在 Claude for iOS 旁点 Update。

   Android 手动更新

   「How to update Claude for Android」（answer/11825394）写：打开 Google Play → 右上角个人资料 → Manage apps & device → Updates available 下 See details → 在 Claude for Android 旁点 Update。

   更新后检查新功能

   Release notes（answer/12138966）与 iOS/Android 连接器文章写：交互式连接器、Cowork、Health、位置与日历等能力依赖最新移动版。若 Claude 未提供调用系统应用，帮助中心建议先更新应用并重启 Claude（answer/11869619 · answer/11869629）。

   首次安装

   未安装时：iOS 在 App Store 获取「Claude by Anthropic」（answer/9266462）；Android 在 Play 商店安装同名官方应用（answer/9612887）。找不到应用可能与不支持地区、设备或系统版本有关。

登录 Claude 移动应用（与 claude.ai 同一账号）

   选择登录方式

   「Log in to your Claude account」（answer/13189465）写：在 claude.ai、Desktop 或 Mobile 打开 Claude 时，可使用 Continue with Google、Continue with Apple 或 Continue with email 等选项；订阅计划（Free、Pro、Max、Team、Enterprise）用于 Anthropic 官方应用（含移动版）的普通使用。

   跨设备使用同一邮箱

   同一帮助文章写：要在多台设备使用同一 Claude 账号，请在移动应用登录时输入你在常用设备上使用的同一邮箱。例如在浏览器注册 claude.ai 后，在 Claude Mobile 用相同邮箱登录即可访问同一账号。

   Apple 隐藏邮件

   若用 Apple「Hide My Email」注册：使用 @privaterelay.appleid.com 邮箱，在 Mobile 选 Continue with email，在 Apple ID 邮箱中点击邮件里的「Sign in with Claude.ai」链接（answer/13189465）。已在 iOS 登录时，点头像 → Settings 可查看邮箱。

   魔法链接与验证码

   若在一台设备请求登录邮件、在另一台设备点开链接，邮件可能给出验证码，需在最初请求登录的设备上输入以完成验证（answer/13189465）。

与 claude.ai 同步：对话、Projects 与 Cowork

1. 1

   先确认账号一致

   要在手机与 claude.ai 看到同一批对话，必须使用同一 Claude 账号登录。iOS 可在应用内头像 → Settings 查看邮箱，与 claude.ai 账户设置中的邮箱对照（登录帮助 answer/13189465）。

   对话管理在网页与移动端均可

   「Delete or rename a conversation」（answer/8230524）写：可在 claude.ai 侧栏或 Claude 移动应用中重命名或删除对话；删除后约 30 天内从后端系统清除。网页可通过「Chats and tasks」查看完整历史。

3. 3

   记忆与搜索需新版本

   「Use Claude’s chat search and memory」（answer/11817273）写：付费计划在网页、Desktop 与 Claude Mobile 可搜索历史对话；Free / Pro / Max 默认开启 memory，Mobile 需更新到最新版应用。Team / Enterprise 默认关闭 memory，可由管理员开启。

   Cowork 与仅本地数据

   answer/15520349 写：云端 Cowork 会话与文件保存在 Claude 账号，可在设备间继续。answer/14116274 等文档说明：从电脑文件夹创建的某些 Cowork Projects 可能仅留在该电脑，不会写入 Claude 账号——与标准 claude.ai Projects（answer/9519177）不同。
