Live、Advanced、Standard 官方怎么分

何时必须用 Advanced
Release Notes 写 GPT-Live-1 暂不支持 video 与 screen sharing；符合资格的訂閱者可在 Advanced Voice Mode 中继续使用这些能力。与 Custom GPT 的语音对话也仍使用 Advanced Voice Mode（帮助文写 Live 暂不支持 Custom GPTs）。
Live 的 Plus/Pro 时长（GPT-Live-1）
「ChatGPT Voice」用量表（以 help 当前版本为准）：Plus 最多约 3 小时 GPT-Live-1；Pro $100/月 最多约 15 小时；Pro $200/月 不限量 GPT-Live-1。Free 为有限的 GPT-Live-1 mini。Release Notes 亦写 Plus/Pro 触达 Voice 上限后不再自动切到 GPT-Live mini。
Advanced 与 Plus/Pro 用量表述
Release Notes（6825453）写：Advanced Voice Mode 已向更多用户开放，Free 为每日数小时量级，Plus 为接近不限（near-unlimited） 的官方表述；具体是否出现上限提示以应用内为准，勿依赖第三方「分钟数」传言。
平台与 macOS 例外
Release Notes：Advanced Voice 已在 chatgpt.com 网页向付费用户 rollout；Voice 仍在 chatgpt.com、iOS、Android、Windows 提供。ChatGPT macOS 应用内 Voice 于 2026-01-15 退役——请改用浏览器或其它受支持客户端。

在 chatgpt.com 用持有 Plus 或 Pro 的个人账号登录。Release Notes 写 Advanced Voice 向 Plus、Team、Enterprise、Edu 等付费用户 rollout；企业工作区可能受管理员限制。
